The total customer experience - creating usable processes

Process analysis is part of our skill-set. User-centred process design can help you get process and functionality working together.
User research and sustainable transport
In recent projects with Coventry University, Janet used her skills in ergonomics and user-centred design as Research Fellow in smart mobility and sustainable transport.
She took part in the 'SUITS' project to build capacity of Local Authorities across Europe to provide sustainable transport solutions, and also the 'TInnGO' project (Transport Innovation Gender Observatory) carrying out qualitative research, design research and many other activities. (both EU-funded projects)
